Iterio is a language learning application that provides AI-powered lesson exercises and interactive 3D avatar guidance. AI interactions are limited to structured lesson activities.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 years and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the App’s operation or servers
4. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate educational responses within lessons. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
The App is intended for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to submit content within lessons that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
- Attempts to exploit or disrupt AI systems
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including lessons, design, 3D avatars, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
